IHT was established in 1992 by Mike Schlich, a graduate engineer with years of experience in the equipment rep business. Mike saw a need for a rep firm that concentrated on the Industrial water and wastewater markets in the Southeast. IHT now represents over 25 major equipment manufacturers specializing in the design and manufacture of water and wastewater treatment equipment. With our current lineup of OEMs, we can offer industry a solution to almost any water/wastewater problem from a simple replacement of existing equipment to the design of complete treatment systems, including installation.
